Nanawall doors in the center of the great room fully open to fresh summer southern and western breezes and a deck with outdoor stairs leading to the lower level terrace.
The main floor features the great room which parallels the entire length of the south view. There, Halcomb Gold granite columns and niches meld with the floor-to-ceiling windows. On the right, the wood burning fireplace centers on the cozy living room sitting area. To its right are the charming library bookcases, balanced on the left with a bay window extension.
The dining area, designed without any walls or partitions that would interfere with this 180-plus degree view, sits to the left side of the great room.
The elegant fireplace mantel, the bookcases and cabinets in the library are are custom built from American Walnut. The great room has walnut hardwood floors, walnut box beams on the ceilings, full walnut crowns, and tall walnut baseboards.
